The importance of liver function for weight gain and weight loss.
The liver is the supreme fat-burning organ of the body and if you choke it with damaged fats it will be unable to perform its metabolic functions and your entire metabolism will slow down. As a result, you will gain weight easily, particularly around the abdominal area.
In a simplistic way we could say that a healthy liver pumps fat out of your body and keeps you slim. The consequences of mistreating the liver include obesity, a higher incidence of cardiovascular disease, chronic fatigue, headaches, digestive problems, allergies and many other ailments. And although the immune system protects our body from many dangers, it is the liver that protects the immune system from overload.
Fatty Liver Symptoms can impede a weight loss program through reduced fat metabolism and reduced fat burning, one of the liver's main functions, as well as seriously impacting on your health. Fatty Liver Symptoms are especially common in people who drink too much alcohol, have high blood triglycerides, have diabetes, are obese or overweight, follow poor nutrition weight loss programs, eat a lot of junk food and trans-fats, or who follow diets that are too calorie restrictive.
Help for your liver:
Dandelion: One of the best liver cleanse herbs to treat liver disorders. It reduces inflammation of the liver and gallbladder. It is relatively bitter which stimulates bile flow and digestion. It is also rich in many minerals like iron, silicon, magnesium, zinc, and potassium.
Rosemary: It has anti-cancer effects by increasing enzymes up to 450% to fight cancer cells. It stops carcinogenic chemicals from penetrating into the liver cells. It enhances the liver detoxification process
Milk Thistle: The most well-known herb with powerful liver protective properties. It has already been known for the last 2,000 years. It can reduce liver congestion and prevents toxins from penetrating deep into liver cells. It promotes bile flow as well as bowel movement. The effective ingredient within milk thistle that provides all these goodness is Silymarin. It is a bioflavanoid with great antioxidant properties. It stops the free radical damages on the liver and also regenerates the liver cells. It also protects your body from air pollutants and radiation.
